Day 06 : Arughat to Seti Khola Khola means river( 750 M )

Day 07 : Seti Khola to Machha Khola (890 M.)

Day 16 : Bimtang to BagarChhap (1992 M.)

Day 17 : Dharapani to Chame (2630M)

Day 18 : Chame to Pisang (3190m)

Day 19 : Pisang to Manang (3570M)

Day 20 : Manang rest day must necessary for acclimatisation ( 3530m)

Day 21 : Manang to Thorong Phedi (4420m)

Day22 : Thorong Phedi to Throng La pass 5,416m.an to Mukthiath (3815m) 8 hrs

Day 23 : Mukthiath to Jomosom (2715m) 6 hrs

Day 24 : Jomsom to Pokhara

Day 25 : Pokhara to back to kathmandu by Bus
