is realy nice for trek fly into Jomosom, ascend to Muktinath ,
getting a taste of the windy, almost lunar Himalayan desert, and
then descend to Pokhara over the brilliant village of Ghorepani
that serves as a viewpoint over the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Tukuche,
and Nilgiri snow peaks. As in the olden days, today too mule and
horse caravans stop in this village, whose name translates as 'horse
