    Everest Base Camp Trek 19 days  
 

Everest Region  is a shorter trek than the Base Camp trek with the famous Tengpoche monastery being the high point and home of Sherpa people and the mysterious Yeti. This trekcompdses not onlythe Everest Base Camp but also Namehe Bazar, Lukia, Tyanboche and the whole Solukhumbu are at the back drop of Mount Everest and Ama Dabiam the highest peak in the world. The trek to Khumbu area is not only famous for the trek and expedition but also famous for the Sherpa culture. One can enjoy and learn the Sherpa culture very closely. The complete trek starts from Jiri and Lukia. Flying to Lukia is the best way those who have limited time. It has more than 6 flights every day September through May. The most of the flight its depends on the weather and they have helicopter service and charter flight also available on request. The Everest Gokyo Lake trek is another famous and interesting trek. Forests of rhododendron, poplar, and birce lead to a valley where glaciers melt into turquoise lakes and fierce mountains rise above you. The Everest Trek is one of the thrilling and an adventuretrekfortheadventurelovers. Thereareseveraltrekking routes within the Khumbu Region. Day01 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1000m/3280ft) Transfert to Hotel.
Day 02 : day Sightseen  Durbar Square, Syambunath Stupa, Pashupati Nath Temple - Hindu Temple & Buddha biggest Buddha Stupa in ancent Kathmandu

Day 3 : Kathmandu to Lukla (2880m) To Phadking (2743m).
Day 4 : Phadking to Namche (3445m).
Day 5 : Namche to Rest / acclimatisation day.
Day 6 : Namche to Tengboche (3863m).
Day 7 : Tengboche to Rest/acclimatisation day.
Day 8 : Tengboche to Periche (4280m).
Day 9 : Periche Rest/acclimatisation day.
Day 10 : Pheriche to Dugla (4600m).
Day 11 : Dugla to Lobuche (4931m).
Day 12: Lobuche to Kala Pattar (5545m) – Gorak Shep (5170)
Day 13: Gorak Shep to Everest Base Camp (5364m) - Lobuche (4930m).
Day 14: Lobuche to Pangboche (4252m).
Day 15: Pangboche to Kumjung (3791m).
Day 16: Kumjung to Thame (3801m).
Day 17: Thame to Namche (3,445m)
Day 18: Namche to Lukla (2880m)
Day 19: Lukla to Kathmandu (1000m)
