or attempting some mountaineering, you are trekking in this region. Buddhist monasteries, at Thame and
Tengboche, and terraced farming villages on sunny slopes, peopled
by friendly Nepalis, forests with rhododendron trees and langur
monkeys are on our route. This on good trails without encountering
extreme high altitude conditions. The trek is non-technical and
suitable for anyone in good shape that likes to hike and camp out
and can do it cheerfully for 24 days.
