Helambu region is very nice village and near the Talamarang Gyalthum village. About 5 hours in local bus. Superb landscape all along the way. Terraced fields and a panoramic view on the great Himalayan summits from dhulikel. On arrival in Melamchi pul Bazar, about 3h of walk by following the easy track (Porters for your bags) to arrive at Lodge |

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1000m/3280ft) Transfert to Hotel
Day:2 :Leaving in local bus for the Helambu (1400m)
Day.3 : Helambu to Timbu (1800m)5h
Day.4 :A quite difficult day, Timbu to Tharkegayang 2700m 6 to 7 hours
Day.5 : Tharkegayang to Sarmathang (2700m)
Day.6 : Sarmathang to return (walk downhill) to Helambu
Day.7 : Helambu return to Kathmandu (in local bus)
Day:8 :Kathmandu Free day
